  • Capture the data from identified loan pool such as Loan Term, Interest Rate, Program/Product, Payment History, Unpaid Principal Balance, Borrower Information, Property Information, etc
  • Verify that all the key data points are entered in eligibility check software
  • Receive all the information required for eligibility check
  • Compile all the information to prepare an eligibility matrix
Case Setup

  • Create loan modification case file in Case Management System
  • Upload the imaged documents related to loan file in the application software
  • Perform a pre-screen of documents and data
  • Perform data integrity audit
  • Communicate with borrower for further action
  • Assign to Loan Modification Case Reviewer
Case review and New term determination

  • Review loan modification documents and data in the system file
  • Perform Net Present Value test to determine if modification is required
