Chris Slane is Vice President of Business Development for the new Quatrro Processing Services (QPS) group.  Key responsibilities include establishing the Quatrro brand for QPS; expand/enhance relationships with technology consultants/partners to drive winning business strategies; and oversee all thought-leadership activities that drive new leads and enhance the trust and confidence among prospects.

Chris previously served as Vice President, Business Strategy for PSCU, a card payments processing company serving over 680 credit unions.  His work spanned a broad spectrum of topics including economic analyses, industry trends, card payments landscape, emerging bank markets, C-level speaking engagements, bank technology and research to fuel product innovation.  Chris was instrumental in the design of PSCU’s Mobile Banking offering as well as a number of innovative solutions such as CardLock and Member Loyalty Rewards.

Before joining PSCU, Chris was Research Director for New York Life Insurance Company.  He led the Research Services Unit (RSU) providing market analyses, data analytics, direct mail forecasting, primary research and competitive intelligence.  His research was instrumental in the development and launch of a new Single Premium Immediate Annuity sold through direct response marketing – now a multi-million dollar business line.  In his early years, Chris was a Congressional staffer, and a research director for a state-wide nonprofit.  He also served as one of 12 Commissioners appointed to Florida’s Commission on Responsible Fatherhood.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Tampa, an MA from Regent University and a BA from the University of South Florida.
