Charles Harmornick (Chuck) is an experienced business builder with about 27 years of experience in the service industry, which covers working with SITEL, Sutherland, United Health Care and ADP. He understands global business operations and possesses a strong commercial orientation. He has considerable experience in running a P&L in a variety of organizations including his time as President at United Health Care and as COO at SITEL.

In the early part of his career, Chuck was in the hospitality industry with industry leaders such as Hilton. He had considerable experience running hotels as General Manager and then he transitioned to setting up contact center operations within the hospitality industry. An early mover into the outsourcing space with ADP he was responsible for creating ADP’s first SMB internet payroll processing and call center, where he successfully implemented a new payroll processing system that converted over 5000 clients in the first 6 months.

Chuck has an interesting career track with experience as a leader within outsourcing providers with solid leadership skills in running both established and start-up businesses. He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Management from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
