Michael Borrelle is Senior Vice President of Risk and Fraud Management for the new Quatrro Processing Services (QPS) group.  The key responsibilities will be to assist clients to optimize operational efficiencies and manage fraud detection / risk mitigation services in an effort to maximize revenue opportunities.
Michael is an effective Business Development, Risk / Fraud and Sales Operations Executive with over 20 years of progressive management experience.   He possesses a history of success in managing Credit Card Issuing and Merchant Acquiring Bank Card Portfolios. 

Michael previously served as Head of Cards for the Mercantil Group, a $30B Holding Company to oversee the strategic management and daily oversight of the bank's domestic and international credit and debit card business.  Responsibilities were to hire and direct a staff of sales, marketing and operations executives to provide new and expanded product offerings.  The result was increased market presence and card portfolio growth by managing high performance acquisition campaigns.

Sales Operations Management experience also includes the oversight of a national acquiring ISO portfolio.  This included presiding over the infrastructure design for company start-up to create highly efficient operational environment and blueprint for company.  Michael can be described as a high energy and change-orientated leader with proven ability to identify business problems and translate into solutions -- specialist in taking on new positions, responsibilities and challenges. 

Michael holds a B.S. in Marketing from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
