Navdeep Rajendra - Head of Operations, Quatrro Legal Solutions

Navdeep has over 20 years of diverse work experience encompassing areas of technologies, operations, project management, process engineering and business process outsourcing.

Navdeep has worked with Tata Consultancy Services and American Express before joining the Quatrro management team in 2005. At American Express, Navdeep started as a member of the India Operations & Technologies team that setup the capabilities for launch of the American Express Rupee Card in India. He next moved to the company’s Regional Operations Center at Sydney, leading regional and international process engineering initiatives in areas of Operations and Risk management. In his most recent role at Amex, before joining Quatrro, Navdeep was managing the international business process outsourcing initiatives in India for the Customer Service and Risk Operations groups of Australia/NZ, UK and Canada.

Navdeep holds a MS in Industrial & Management Engineering from University of Iowa, USA and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
