Prakash is a pioneer of India’s IT revolution and an industry veteran. He has been at the coalface of technology and financial services for 35 years.  He is internationally acclaimed for his contribution to offshoring and eBusiness; and is passionate about payments.

He started his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in India, where he was part of the early management team and growth; responsible for laying the foundations of the Asia Pacific business and the Management Consulting practice.

He migrated to Australia where he was Senior Manager with AT&T Solutions and a Director in PWC’s Financial Services practice working across the Asia Pacific theatre. Subsequently he joined AMP as eBusiness Director and member of the Financial Services Executive Team responsible for transforming Financial Services and providing advisory inputs on alliances and acquisitions.

He relocated to Singapore in 2004 as CEO Asia Pacific of the Zoom Group of Companies. Subsequently, he had senior management roles at NETS Singapore, Unisys Corporation and the Lafferty Group.

Prakash graduated from the University of London with a Master of Science (Systems Engineering).
