Shyam joins Quatrro with a decade and a half experience in financial services and account management. His experience cuts across financial services, manufacturing and telecom industries. Shyam is a qualified Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Shyam's association with the Mortgage Industry, especially mortgage off shoring, dates back to the late 1990's when he was part of GE's Captive center based out of Gurgaon. Shyam left GE to become part of the founding team at Equinox Corporation, a fully owned subsidiary of i-flex® Solutions - an Oracle Group company. Prior to joining Quatrro's Leadership team, Shyam ran operations of Equinox as its Chief Operating Officer and is acknowledged as an Industry expert specializing in mortgage processing for US Mortgage banks.

Shyam has also worked for Motorola & GE Capital where he managed the various offshore transition and operations processes. He has successfully migrated various financial services processes from the US to various offshore centers in India.
