Who We Are

Quatrro BPO Solutions (Quatrro) is a BPO Company created by the most experienced BPO team based out of India, led by Raman Roy. Raman's first foray into the BPO Industry was in 1992, when he led the setting up of a captive Financial Resource Center for American Express. This success encouraged Raman and his team to create a back office operation for GE Capital in the mid 1990's. In March 2000, Raman struck out on his own to establish Spectramind, which grew to become the largest third-party BPO company in India and was subsequently acquired by Wipro Ltd in July 2002.

After growing Wipro Spectramind to approximately 16,000 employees, Raman was "inspired" to create something "beyond the existing" and, as a result, Quatrro BPO Solutions was established in January 2006.

"Creating value through innovation" is the cornerstone of Quatrro's business philosophy. The company endeavors to provide clients with innovative solutions at lower costs through a combination of tools, platforms and business processes. This spans both traditional BPO areas such as Finance and Accounting, Mortgage and Technical Support, as well as newer areas such as Legal Outsourcing, Consumer Analytics, Risk Management Services and Knowledge Services.

Quatrro's growth strategy includes both organic and inorganic growth. The first step towards the latter was a joint venture with Sri Lanka's largest and most respected conglomerate, John Keells Holdings Limited. This joint venture provides BPO operations in both India and Sri Lanka.

Quatrro also offers high end consumer analytics services through Annik Technologies, a Quatrro Group Company. Quatrro has also acquired Scope eKnowledge Services to provide Information Services to the Scientific, Medical and Technical worlds.

Quatrro's M&A team is aggressively exploring acquisitions and alliances in Asia and North America.
