organized by CII. Addressing the audience he averred that the future
potential of globally outsourced business is to the tune of US$ 5
trillion. 'We must concentrate and focus our effort to capitalize on
this opportunity. Globally there is a huge expectation from India taking
a lead in exploiting this potential for outsourcing.'
Addressing the session, 'Exploring new pastures: Future trends in emerging sectors and upcoming destinations', Raman further added that huge investments are needed at three levels; country, industry and company to prepare India for the upcoming business opportunity. India should invest in education and skill development to build up the adequate manpower resource to tap the future potential of global outsourcing market.' |
